• City Council was back with a new version of 41.18, the so-called “sit-lie ban” that makes it illegal to be homeless almost anywhere
• After getting nearly a majority to sign on to the original motion, support dropped out in the face of public outrage
• Council voted to table motion for now – but it will be back November 24th! (Right before Thanksgiving!)
